Heya Funky Fashionistas!

It's great to be back! ^-^ Nothing like a short break and some laughter and good eats with some chums to help get out of the dreary dull city life routine :-P I also met up and whacked a whole large table-ful of seafood (oh, my cholesterol! LOL) with my bestest friend during my early college days, wow, the memories. We used to hang out and drink beer, talk and just chill - always in full comforting assurance that we have each other's backs covered, no matter what. Now married with two kids, holy moly, but still the same down to earth buddy! :-)

Anyway, I'm back into the groove and will be posting something interesting (on a more regular basis too, I promise!!) soon. Let's start with tomorrow since I love Fridays :-P :-)

SHORT HIATUS - Back on Monday Night

Well, things have gotten a little crazy (or crazier than usual that is)...

And so it's time I escaped to another island for a quickie holiday :-P

I'll be away tomorrow till Monday. Goodbye traffic jams. Farewell annoying twits at work. LOL.

Can't wait to get some warm sun on my skin. And enjoy the cool, fresh sea breeze, salty sea water nice and shimmery blue...and burying my toes into the soft powdery sand, with a glass of martini... BLISS! Taking the time to slow down and actually relax will do me some good I reckon. Plus there's the food. And maybe shopping. Or maybe not. :-P

I'll be back on Monday night.

Wore it once with simple black top, then it got lost in my wardrobe after the 1st wash... Just stumbled upon it and since I have a similar black & yellow polka dot skirt, I'm letting this one go :P This fun skirt looks great with white too btw!

I'm so looking forward to the weekend. A friend from school times will be back and we're gonna meet up! (She's been studying and working overseas for as long as I can remember :-P) I wonder what she looks like now... I wonder if we will still be able to click as before... we used to be pretty close but only had intermittent contact throughout the years :-(

Anyway, I had a recent debate with another friend about my site.

She said "Cha boh ah, you said your site for preloved stuff but so why all this new stuff la?"

I said "Eh woman, nolar, my site is for clearing my wardrobe la... I don't only have preloved stuff to clear... I got new & unworn stuff, some unworn vintage stuff, some untouched accessories, bags and shoes... got all sorts la. Some just too big for me la...
Why, you interested ar?"

She said "Eh, you give me (and she mentions a looong list) lah. Birthday coming soon, then Merdeka,... after that Christmas, new year, Valentine's."
